Monument Submission

You can submit a text monument using this fill-out form. If you would also like to include images, you can indicate that these will follow later by post or e-mail (our address is included at the bottom of this form). After you submit your monument, you can view a temporary version of it as it will appear in the cemetery. (If the formatting is not quite perfect, don't worry; we will make any necessary changes to ensure your monument looks good before it is installed.)

At the bottom of the form is a description of the payment contribution we require. This contribution goes towards covering the World Wide Cemetery's operating costs and ensures the monuments remain permanent. Your payment may be made by cheque or credit card through Paypal, a safe and secure online payment system.

This could include biographical information describing your loved one, an obituary, personal reflections, favourite sayings, poems, or anything else that you can think of. (Your text will be easier for you to edit if you hit the "Enter" or "Return" key as you near the end of each line in the box.)

You can send these to us as .jpg files attached to an e-mail message, or by regular mail. If you send images by regular mail they can be files on disk or photographs that we will scan for you.

Payment Contribution (please read)

Our intention is that the monuments in the World Wide Cemetery be permanently maintained. To ensure this, we regretably must request a small one-time only contribution from you to assist with funding the traffic and account expenses the World Wide Cemetery incurs.

If you are submitting a text only monument, with no images or other files to be included, the fee is US $15 or Canadian $20. For monuments which include such additional files, the fee is US $20 or Canadian $25.

You may submit your payment by mailing us a cheque, or through a credit card by choosing the Paypal option which will become visible after you press the Submit Monument at the bottom of this page.

Contributing by Cheque

A contribution can be made to the World Wide Cemetery by cheque for any monument. Cheques should be made payable to Gerald Hannon (who maintains the Cemetery), and clearly marked with your e-mail address, and the name of the person who is being memorialized. Our mailing address is:
